Primary Responsibilities:
Lead a team to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and continuously improve software
Mentor the engineering team to develop and perform as highly as possible
Guide and help the team adopt best engineering practices
Support driving modern solutions to complex problems

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of Java/J2EE experience
3+ years of hands-on experience Python, Go.
3+ years of hands-on experience in React and Node
2+ years of hands-on experience in production public cloud (AWS)
Experience working with teams that leveraged two or more of the following: continuous integration / continuous delivery tools, REST API development, serverless architecture, containerization, IaC, public / private cloud, web applications, web services, application observability and/or messaging / stream architecture
Hands on experience in working with standard DevOps tools:
Build automation tools such as Hudson, Jenkins, Travis CI or equivalent
Build Tools such as Maven, ANT, Gradle or equivalent
Source control tools such as Git, GitHub, SVN or equivalent
Configuration tools such as Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Ansible
Experience working in cross-functional teams - Solution Design, Development, Quality Engineering and DevOps
Tech Lead who has the capability and will to lead end-to-end software engineering - development, test automation, devops and application support
Solid understanding of software engineering and processes: application security, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile, and dev-ops
Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Solid, hands-on knowledge in JUnit or equivalent framework
Solid, hands-on knowledge in PL/SQL and SQL Server/Oracle database
Hands-on in designing software solutions and architecture
Hands-on in using design patterns
Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Hands-on knowledge in trouble shooting, performance tuning, and optimization
Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team with a positive team spirit
Preferred Qualifications:
Work experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology
Knowledge of SAFe
Work experience in product engineering
Knowledge of US Healthcare domain, in general and data analytics applications/products in particular
