About Role:
As a Senior SDET , you need to develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test procedures, ensuring products and services meet organisational standards and end-user requirements. Collaborate with Product Managers and Development Leads to conduct thorough walk-throughs on test cases/scripts, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
What You will Learn To Do:
Play a pivotal role in establishing and communicating goals to meet project objectives, emphasising adherence to quality standards.]
Own the product end to end from the testing/automation front.
Reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and verify fixes.
Creates and maintains automated test cases, executes test suites, reviews and diagnoses reported bugs, and ensures overall system quality prior to a customer release.
Estimates own testing tasks and works productively with minimum supervision while showing excellent team attitude.
Represents team leadership and provides technical guidance and training to junior test personnel.
What Will Look For :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech in computer science or related discipline is preferred)
4 to 7 years of relevant test engineering experience.
Understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field.
Experience in Python, Selenium/Playwright and BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) Testing.
Experience in testing APIs, complex back end distributed/cloud enabled applications
Experience defining and coordinating testing requirements
Good software testing skills (system and integration testing)
Experience with industry latest test management systems
Basic understanding of software development best practices
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team structure.
