Your Role and Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Lead is a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the talent acquisition process. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, overseeing a team of recruiters, and collaborating with stakeholders to attract and hire The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and a passion for driving organizational growth through effective talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to optimize performance and achieve recruitment objectives.

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, establish hiring criteria, and ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and business objectives.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice, both internally and externally.

  • Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication, timely feedback, and a personalized approach.

  • Utilize recruitment data and analytics to track key performance metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment practices and processes.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, throughout the recruitment process.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 10+ Years' experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.

  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) tool

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.

  • Certification in recruitment tool is plus

  • Interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships.

  • Flexibility to adjust recruitment strategies and processes in response to changing business needs and market conditions.

  • Capacity to identify recruitment challenges and develop innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent.

  • Understanding of employer branding principles and techniques to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

  • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.

  • Work collaboratively with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.

About Business UnitIBM Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) team represents a variety of functions such as marketing, finance, legal, operations, HR, and more, all working together to solve some of the world's most complex problems, help our clients achieve success and build collaborative work environments for IBMers.

This job requires you to be fully COVID-19 vaccinated prior to your start date and proof of vaccination status will be required before your start date.
