Salesforce System Business Analyst

Summary: This role is the primary liaison between the ATS global IT group and other ATS divisions / departments that utilize software information systems or data related to CRM and Field Service activities. In this role, the incumbent is responsible for providing operational support to system or data users, participating in the planning, design, development, and deployment of information systems projects, and coordinating activities between IT management, business system users and information systems developers (internal and external). Responsibilities:

• Coordinating activities between IT management, business system users and information systems developers (internal and external).

  Qualifications:

  Education:Any Diploma/Graduate computer science, or equivalent.

  Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CBAP or Salesforce/Oracle Certified CRM admin

  Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce admin/developer/analyst experience

  5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

  Skills:

• Proven experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud products, such as Sales/Leads/Opportunities, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and Field Service

• Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components, configuration, object relationships, app management & administration

• Proven experience managing ticket/support queues & SLAs, combined with excellent customer service skills.

• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling and data modeling.

• Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.

• Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of software systems, both on-premises and cloud-based (e.g. Azure, AWS, private cloud)

• Working technical knowledge of scripting languages and automation (RPA) are an asset.

• Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into systems issues and products as required.
