You will be working with multiple stakeholders in various organizations. As IT Operations Engineer, you will manage overall delivery, outages, for landscapes thereby ensuring availability, reliability, and overall supportability on a 7x24, 365 day basis. What’s the role
As IT Operations Engineer, you are responsible for end-to-end operations for Middleware technologies. You will participate in day to day activities and commitments, resolving incidents as per Service Level Agreements. You will prepare and follow the standard operating procedures.
Aside from above, you are expected for the following:
Working Knowledge on Azure Integration Services: ADF, LogicApps, ServiceBus, Eventgrid, Azure Functions
Hands on experience in incidents, problem, and change related activities. (ServiceNow/ITIL tool exp)
Expected to work in shifts.
Supporting Incident/Problem resolution by assisting in key operational activities in terms fixes, and supportability with suppliers.
Ensure operation run books, support guidelines, and procedures are produced and maintained for use.
Execute controls and monitor controls.
Manage application support services, including suppliers, for Operations according to business defined service levels for each application and e2e services.
Regular monitoring of the applications and landscape, health check reporting.
What we need from you
Require 6 to 8 years of IT experience.
Educated to a degree level
Self-starter with good analysis and problem solving skills
ServiceNow or any ITIL tool working experience.
Working Knowledge on Azure Integration Services: ADF, LogicApps. ServiceBus, Eventgrid, Azure Functions
Operations experience of middleware platform.
Significant application support experience or business analysis in a wide variety of IT, Technical and Business roles and domains.
Highly conversant in English, spoken and written, with proven communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with teams across organizational boundaries, different cultures and different time zones in a global, virtual environment
Experience coordinating, consulting, problem management and analysis
