Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 9 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Networking Services Cloud Load Balancing AWS Networking Google Cloud - Networking Load balancing Switching and Routing - Arista Switching & Routing Cisco Wireless and WAN Optimizers. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift schedule and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of networking solutions across various cloud platforms including Azure AWS and Google Cloud.
Oversee the configuration and management of load balancing solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide expertise in switching and routing technologies specifically with Arista and Cisco systems.
Manage and optimize wireless network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity.
Implement and maintain WAN optimization solutions to enhance network performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify and address potential issues.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations processes and procedures.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and disruption.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in all network-related activities.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure network resilience.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience with Azure Networking Services and Cloud Load Balancing.
Demonstrate proficiency in AWS Networking and Google Cloud
Networking.
Have a strong background in Switching and Routing with Arista and Cisco systems.
Exhibit expertise in wireless networking and WAN optimization.
Hold a deep understanding of Hi-Tech domain requirements and challenges.
Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
