Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow CSM ServiceNow HRSD and ServiceNow ITSM. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel requirements. The role involves developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that align with our companys goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow CSM HRSD and ITSM to ensure seamless operations.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.

• Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and configuration to optimize system performance.

• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and integrity.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and system reliability.

• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations customizations and workflows.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of ServiceNow applications.

• Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and patches to maintain system security and functionality.

• Lead the development of custom ServiceNow applications to address unique business requirements.

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications to minimize downtime.

• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in ServiceNow CSM HRSD and ITSM.

• Should possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Must have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Should have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.

• Must be proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

• Should have experience in system integration and data management.

• Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

• Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

• Should have a strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.

• Must be able to provide effective training and support to end-users.

• Should have experience in system upgrades and patch management.

• Must be familiar with industry best practices and compliance standards.
