Vontier Contract Manager in Bangalore, India

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our global Legal team as a Contract Manager supporting the Invenco by GVR team in Europe, Middle East and Africa based out of Bangalore, India.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Contract Management: Oversee our contracts database and management system, uphold Global Legal Policy, and streamline contract processes. Provide updates on contract review status to non-legal team members and coordinate contract assignments with external counsel.

• Compliance Leadership: Spearhead compliance initiatives, including the management of channel partner toolkits, conducting training audits, and enforcing corporate compliance policies.

• Corporate Support: Assist the legal department in corporate governance and maintain meticulous corporate secretary records.

• Financial Oversight: Manage legal department procurement and oversee the budgeting and expense tracking.

• External Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external legal firms, monitor retention letters, and handle invoice processing.

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with demonstrated analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.

• The capacity to deliver high-quality work under pressure.

• Proficiency in conducting legal research and effectively communicating findings.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly document information, maintain organized records, and provide comprehensive details upon request.

• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience working independently within a decentralized, matrixed organization, while being adaptable and innovative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• A law degree is preferred but not mandatory.
