About the Team :
Talent Intelligence Service (TIS) team within Product Delivery at Eightfold is focused on helping our customers be future skill ready by leveraging Eightfold AI driven talent insights and team's HR expertise. The Talent Research track within the TIS team is specifically focused on helping our customers source leads for their open positions leveraging EF AI
Role : Consultant, Talent Research (On Contract)
Responsibilities:
Develop talent pipelines for customer’s future hiring needs
Maintain candidate databases (via our Applicant Tracking System)
Understand Eightfold product and leverage features to effectively execute the role
Sourcing for clients
Requirements:
Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) is a plus
Ability to learn and adopt new technologies / enterprise products
Proven ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Good written and oral communication skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
