Your role and responsibilities

• Support the ISMAP & PCI Initial Data Requests (IDR’s)

• Ensure that all GitHub tickets are handled timely and with accuracy.

• Ensure all required documents within IDRs are quality checked, and evidence received from Services is and all key documents are properly stored in BOX.

• Learn the Project Plan requirements for each of the Certification Programs so that in peek IDR volumes throughout the scheduled audits you can jump in and support Delivery Managers as needed.

• Work with Delivery Manager to identify areas that need improving in the IDR management process, document in LL.

• Support the identification of areas that may be candidates for automation.

• Schedule time weekly with your delivery managers to reconcile the handling of IDRs and to work on areas of improvement.

Required technical and professional expertise

• 2+ years of experience.

Medium Level in Project Management Skills

• Cloud environment understanding

• Coordination across multiple stake holders to address certification evidence issues.

• Strong time management to ensure deadlines are met.

• Some technical understanding of Cloud Services
