Roles & Responsibilities:

• • Basic understanding of business and industrial terminology• Understanding of searching techniques and knowledge of database structures• Familiarity with tools for searching business and technical literature, Internet search engines, and database services such as EBSCO, LexisNexis, and Factiva• Discretion and judgment to evaluate, select, classify, organize, and filter information content• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and willingness to provide responsive customer service

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• To create curated news digests on various technical, business and general interest topics using newsfeeds from subscribed, commercial sources and selected internet sources1. Works under direct supervision and guidance of Central Library & Information Center (CLIC) staff (from Customer side)2. Will deliver the set of selected stories, in the prescribed format, on a schedule to be determined separately for each News Digest
