Job Title: Welder and Fabricator
Job Description
We are seeking Temporary TIG/MIG Welders and Fabricators for a 6-8 week assignment. This role involves working with both TIG and MIG welding techniques to weld, fabricate, and repair products for the staging and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities
Perform basic TIG and/or MIG welding using hand controls, with a focus on stainless steel and aluminum.
Utilize hand and power tools, read blueprints, and use measuring equipment.
Clean and maintain welding equipment, ensuring adherence to all safety practices.
Engage in solid fabrication work, with some potential for non-welding duties such as paint preparation.
Essential Skills
Experience with TIG and MIG welding, especially thumb control (or willingness to learn).
Proficiency in using basic hand tools and grinders.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding is preferred for at least one candidate.

Work Environment
This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where tight deadlines are common. The company is large, with over 600 employees, and specializes in creating touring stages and theater automation. Dress code is casual with jeans and a t-shirt, but steel toe boots are required.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lititz, Pennsylvania. Per diem $120 a day all 7 days
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
