Technology Transformation - Transformation Design and Execution Manager
As a Transformation Design and Execution Manager , focused on supporting clients with current and emerging technologies such as hyper automation, custom software development, digital workplace modernization, metaverse and cloud enablement efforts across all phases of the project lifecycle for the Digital Services Team within the Technology Transformation Practice.

Your day-to-day may include:
Understand and capture business process & requirements and translate them into functional & technical design specifications
Ability to interpret business needs and be responsible for the preparation of business requirement specifications and business use cases
Facilitate requirements workshops with client business teams
Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Establish technical environments as needed to successfully execute technical implementation efforts
Contribute and lead technical development efforts across our target platforms and solutions
Provide work effort estimates for implementation activities within client projects
Support the execution of unit, functional and integration tests across multiple platforms
Design and develop data migration capabilities as needed within implementation projects
Support systems training activities
Become an expert in specific digital service offerings, develop white papers/point of views and participate in webcasts to promote our offerings
Meet targeted billing hours (utilization)
Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets, work plans and participate in other business development activities as appropriate
Provide periodic updates to GT and client team members, communicate project risks, capture notes and action items
Other duties as assigned
You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field required. A Master’s degree is a plus
Minimum 6 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function, servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
Industry recognized professional certification required
Experience of both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
Successful end-to-end systems implementation experience, ideally in a client / consulting environment
Hands-on experience with a range of technologies including:
RPA (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism)
Low Code Platforms (Power Automate, Appian, Other)
BPM Solutions (Pega, Other)
AI / Machine Learning model development
Reporting/Analytics (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik)
Intelligent Document Processing Platforms (Kofax, Ephesoft, Captiva, Other)
Microsoft Toolset Experience
Amazon AWS, Elastic Compute Cloud, S3, Aurora, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFront
Enterprise Content Management Experience (Veeva, OpenText, Documentum, Alfresco (Hyland), FileNet, SharePoint)
Mobile Application Development
Programming Languages (Python, C#, Angular, Java, React)
Relational databases, in memory databases and NoSQL databases
UI/UX design and collaboration tools (Figma, PowerPoint wireframes, Mural)
Integration / Middleware Platforms (MuleSoft, SofwareAg webMethods, Postman, Other)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal and client servicing skills
Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 30%
Consistent with the firm’s hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week, either at a GT office or client site
