We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts for the Law Enforcement Department. This position involves coordinating various stages of the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding, HR support to project management and offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to our mission.
salary: $24.99 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Help organize and participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience in recruitment or HR coordination is a plus.
