Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will read schematics, use fine tools, and work with small hand and power tools to assemble high-quality products. You will start on the FCSD line and aim to move to the level 1 SCI line, working on complex work orders. The position requires fine motor skills and comfort with bi-weekly pay once permanent.
Hard Skills

Know how to use a mechanical torque wrench

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Ballston Spa, New York.
Work Environment
You will work in a very clean and organized industrial environment. The team consists of over 230 professionals who specialize in the design and manufacture of auxiliary power converters and on-board systems for railway cars. The dress code includes steel-toed boots and work pants. Dress in layers during fall and winter as you may need to go outside if the safety bell rings. The shift is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
