JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Title: Specialist 1-2, Regional Service -- Southwest
Reports To: Manager, Regional Sales- Southwest

Position Summary:
Provide technical services and training support for the Bendix Product line Bendix/Knorr-Bremse customer base, including OEM's, Independent Distributors, Fleets, Trailer Customers, and internal colleagues.
Essential Functions:
- Troubleshoot Air, Foundation Brake and Electronic Safety Systems such as Antilock Brakes, Electronic Stability Control, radar-based Collision Avoidance and tire pressure monitoring.
- Conduct technical training for Bendix customers and employees as needed.
- Conduct Factory Product Schools, at various locations within the assigned region.
- Install, remove, monitor, or test brake and safety system components as requested by Bendix Engineering.
- Support Account Managers by providing them and their customers with training and product support.
- Develop training programs for new product introduction as well as on-going program maintenance.
