Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Digital Designer to join our team within the construction and contractor industry, located in Avon, Minnesota. As part of this role, you will be tasked with both creating and managing multimedia content across various mediums such as photo, video, animation, and graphic design. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

4 to 5 month contract to potential hire

Must be 2 o 3 days onsite to Avon MN

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the creation of multimedia content through various mediums, including photo, video, animation, and graphic design.

• Participate in the creative workflow, content creation, and production of final assets alongside other creative team members and project stakeholders.

• Collaborate with various teams to brainstorm and develop creative content that resonates with target audiences.

• Assist in managing the internal A/V room, including setting up equipment and managing inventory.

• Ensure adherence to brand standards, messaging, and guidelines in all creative output.

• Contribute to the conceptualization, storyboarding, planning, coordinating, editing, and final delivery of multimedia content.

• Support the management of deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring consistent delivery within scope.

• Maintain and handle files in post-production workflow, understanding file formats and archival best practices.

• Create thumbnails, edit photos for uploads, select music, and sound effects from approved sources, and prepare media files to be shared across multiple platforms.

• Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and proficiency in the full Creative Suite (After Effects, Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) along with media conversion software.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in video production, photography, graphic design and content creation required. Experience with virtual reality and a drone pilot license are preferred.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Demonstrable graphic design /videography skills with a strong portfolio.
