We seek a motivated and dynamic Marketing Intern to join our team at Watteredge. This role will help the sales team with marketing for trade shows and marketing campaigns across our preferred media platforms. This position offers flexible hours, accommodates the individual’s availability, and presents an excellent opportunity for junior or senior marketing students to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting.
Essential Functions
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Manage and update content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Conduct market research and analyze digital trends.
Help with SEO optimization, keyword research, and website content updates.
Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
Engage with online communities and respond to queries.
Assist in brainstorming creative strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Hubspot, or similar platforms is a plus.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Passion for digital trends and marketing innovations.
