Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant and Executive Administrator in Aventura, Florida. This role will encompass an array of responsibilities, from assisting the Executive Manager with Administrative tasks to performing day-to-day Human Resources duties.
Location : Aventura
Schedule: 2 days in Office, Remote Monday, Thursday and Friday
Salary $55,000

Job Overview: Human Resources Assistant - Executive Administrator
This role reports to and assists the Executive Manager handling Human Resources tasks and cross over Administrative functions for the Executive as needed
Performs day to day Human Resources generalist duties
Assists Executive with calendar, scheduling/meetings, travel arrangements as needed, documents and special projects
Enters Payroll and reviews time sheets and any adjustments into 3rd party software for submittal; of employees over the North America region in various offices
Maintains employee files up to date and Compliance
Handles onboarding, new employee set up, and terminations if needed
Submits all Employee FMLA, extended time off, Workman's Comp or other related compliance if and as needed
Assists Managers with Recruitment, Interview and Hiring processes as needed
Experience with Payroll software such as ADP, Paychex or Paycom is needed
Requirements
• Demonstrable experience in Compliance, with a keen understanding of HR-related laws and regulations.
• Proven ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, team building, and employee engagement.
• Familiarity with Hiring Processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in using Paychex software for payroll, HR, benefits, and insurance services.
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including benefits administration, record-keeping, and HR policy implementatio
