We are seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with data entry tasks, schedule third-party movers and demo teams, and communicate frequently with builders and homeowners. The role involves using builder portals for visibility and general problem-solving within processes.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks to assist various teams.
Schedule third-party movers and demo teams for clients.
Communicate frequently with builders and homeowners via email and phone.
Utilize builder portals for visibility and data entry.
Engage in general problem-solving and solutioning processes.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of experience in a corporate office setting, particularly in scheduling, customer service, or dispatch (non-medical/healthcare, non-call center).
Strong email and communication etiquette.
Previous experience in office administration or professional customer service roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Tech-savvy and able to work onsite daily.
Professionalism and a positive attitude are non-negotiable (references required).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a building or construction company is a plus.
Experience in lighting, marble, tile, or similar industries is nice to have.
Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in a beautiful office space in Pflugerville, with working hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Enjoy a 1-hour lunch break, an onsite gym, and a pleasant break room. There is an opportunity to transition to a full-time position at the end of the contract.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
