See details aboutwhat we do. This position is a member of our General Law Division. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with law office practice and procedures. Experience developing and implementing training and instructional materials. HERES WHAT YOULL BE DOING... Manage and evaluate administrative duties and performance of the legal support specialists. Establish, develop and implement work standards, plan, procedures and strategies for the resolution of issues related to areas of responsibility. Communicate with division and office staff and management regarding policies and procedures related to administrative and legal support needs and other office functions. Oversee training of legal support specialists. Encourage and challenge each staff member to learn and develop new skills for potential career enhancement. Direct resources as appropriate to satisfy needs of attorneys, customers, and programs. Monitor the workload of administrative and secretarial staff, taking into consideration the assignments provided by each attorney, other regular responsibilities, and special projects. Make assignments taking into consideration the workload for each team member. Develop work standards and procedures and ensure implementation. Qualifications: EDUCATION EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Experience in the administration of a program relevant to assignment. OR Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in a field relevant to assignment.
