Amazon Senior Program Manager, NA AMZL L&D in Austin, Texas
Description
Leader Talent Development (LTD) is looking for a Senior Program Manager to build scalable training and leadership programs within North America Amazon Logistics (AMZL). This role requires scoping and creating project plans, planning and managing on-the-job learning programs including content, implementation, and measurement across multiple modalities and formats. You will have proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This is an individual contributor role where cross-functional partnership will be key to success.
Key job responsibilities
Lead project teams to analyze needs, prioritize content roadmaps, then design and develop the programs and associated curriculum and training materials to meet those needs.
Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional business partners at all levels, including subject matter experts (SMEs) and senior level leaders to uncover and support learning priorities.
Partner with other AMZL L&D PMs to leverage existing content and programs to continuously improve connections across training programs.
Identify the tools and learning technology choices that will provide ways to cost effectively scale your programs and improve learning effectiveness and speed to mastery for AMZL leaders.
Measure, evaluate and report on the effectiveness and business impact of your learning programs and content.
Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting your priorities and the status with your curriculum development roadmaps, creation of PRFAQs, Project Charter and setting timelines/success criteria.
Manage the catalyst process to identify timelines for pilots and launch dates.
Proactively drive enhancements and continuous development of the training program; explore new learning solutions that support managers to develop their knowledge and leadership capabilities.
Must be able to travel 20% each quarter.
A day in the life
Day to day activities include leading and attending stakeholder calls for program development and implementation, writing and presenting business strategy docs, holding one-on-one status calls with internal partners, completing fact-finding and feedback collection sessions; and deep diving data, feedback, and other information to propose root-cause analyses and correlating solutions.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience writing business documents to communicate goals, strategy, and results.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
