Coordinate APT-related business processes through cross-functional alignment with the APT Program Manager, Associate Dean for Faculty Academic Affairs, Assistant Director for Faculty Academic Affairs, Appointment, Promotion, and Tenure (APT) Committee, Provost office, Dell Medical School Departments, and Dell Medical School HR.Coordinate tasks related to preparation for the promotion and tenure cycle, a year-round cycle with large spikes in volume, including preparation of resources including slide decks, templates, surveys, and correspondence.? Assist with reporting and analytics.?Coordinate compilation and review of the promotion and tenure dossiers confirming that all Dell Med guidelines are satisfied. Review of promotion and tenure dossiers for technical errors that require correction before final submittal to UT. Assist where needed with drafting templates and summary information to assist with dossier review.Assist with serving as intermediary between Office of Faculty Academic Affairs and Dell Medical School departments as it relates to APT items. Provide direction to departmental faculty affairs representatives within academic departments to ensure timely processing of materials submitted for appointments. Assist with calendar management and monitoring general inbox for OFAA email address. ?Assist with the development of agendas and meeting minutes for APT-related meetings. ?Assist with preparation for hybrid and in-person APT-related meetings.Update content related to APT for the Office of Faculty Academic Affairs website and intranet to ensure policies and information related to APT are up to date and accessible. Stay informed of policies and procedural changes and disseminate updates to DMS departments.?Meet with APT Program Manager on a weekly basis to prioritize and work through items such as pending questions from departments related to all types of APT questions, upcoming meeting agendas for APT, action items from APT meetings, trainings, policy, guidelines, and other supporting document revisions.Other related duties as assigned.
