We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic

Salesforce DevSecOps team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role

in designing, building, and maintaining secure, reliable, and high-quality CI/CD pipelines

for our Salesforce applications.

You will work closely with developers, testers, and

operations teams to implement and improve DevSecOps practices, ensuring efficient

and secure deployments.

What you'll do...

• Pipeline Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain robust

and scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado (or other relevant tools).

• Automation: Automate various aspects of the development lifecycle, including

building, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain automated tests (unit,

integration, and end-to-end) to ensure high-quality code and deployments.

• Security Integration: Implement and maintain security best practices within the

CI/CD pipeline, including static and dynamic code analysis, vulnerability

scanning, and security testing.

• Monitoring and Alerting: Configure and maintain monitoring tools to track

pipeline performance, identify potential issues, and trigger alerts as needed.

• Collaboration: Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to

ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the

CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes.

• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of pipeline

configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

• Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve the efficiency,

security, and reliability of the CI/CD pipeline.

• Innovation: Research and evaluate new DevSecOps technologies and

methodologies to enhance the team's capabilities.

You'll have...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in software development

• 4+ years of substantial experience with a focus on CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Salesforce development and deployment processes.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, or Bash.

• Understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles and best practices.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.

• Familiarity with security best practices and vulnerability management.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) and/or Copado

certifications are a plus

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8.
