National Credit Center Sales Operations Manager in Austin, Texas
NCC is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to help support our sales team as we manage incredible growth and new vertical expansion. The Sales Operations Manager plays a key role in our expanding organization and is responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of programs that improve company performance. We are looking for someone who can plan, build, manage, and measure cross-functional projects and sales operations programs and execute content while working with subject matter experts. This role requires someone who can work well within all levels of an organization, from the C-suite to individual contributors. If you are a person who enjoys building, growing, and improving workflows, reporting, playbooks, and results and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments, you will be a strong candidate.
The right candidate will also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable with elevated ownership and accountability. (Project management is only one component of this role, so Six Sigma or PMM-certified individuals should only apply if interested in ongoing sales operations management/KPIs and content creation.)
This position is based in the Austin, TX office.
What You'll Do;
Simultaneously manage multiple projects and initiatives
Work very collaboratively with leaders and others across the organization to drive projects and programs that improve sales
Personally facilitate and execute content creation by working with subject matter experts and leaders
Work closely with Salesforce administrators and Finance on processes to measure, track, analyze, and report on results, including sales KPIs and programs
Manage cross-functional projects with Marketing
Do primary research on vendors and contractors
Draw conclusions and make recommendations on new programs/improvements using data.
Create promotions to grow revenue, including sales motions for execution
Develop a strong understanding of the product solution and audience(s)
Facilitate and create sales enablement content
Display strong aptitude for detail, organizing, and accountability
Have a mindset and work ethic to drive results and strive for improvement
You'll Have:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or relevant field of study
5+ years in Sales Operations, Program Management, or Program Operations
Experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting program results (prefer: Salesforce, Marketo)
Experience using data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
Knowledge of standard Windows software suite with strong use of Excel
