Assist in maintaining the mouse colonies, including the transgenic mouse breeding, genotyping, and recording the procedures in the animal room, assist in collecting the embryos/fetuses at set gestational timepoints and carefully document the related data including anatomical analysis and brightfield/confocal analysis of embryos/fetuses, and familiarity with genetically modified mouse models would be important.Perform molecular biology assays and cell-based assays.Administration and basic lab management work, check and maintain the inventory of lab supplies, take care of UT market receipts, make common buffers/solution, and maintain the clean/tidy lab space biohazard and material disposal.Other duties as assigned.
