Strategic Management Analyst III: Manages complex communications and change management projects. Work involves developing and executing the Division's communication strategy, proactive collaboration with Division project teams, and communicating complex information effectively for internal and external audiences. Work requires contact with agency executives, governmental officials, and industry or university partners. Employees at this level establish their own work plan and priorities to meet set objectives. Issues are rarely referred to the supervisor but are handled at the occurrence. Strategic Management Analyst IV:Manages highly complex communications and change management projects. Essential Duties:Strategic Management Analyst III: Develops communication and organizational change management plans for Division projects and programs.Coordinates across the agency and with external partners to collect, share, and track information on internal and external websites; manages intranet sites and project/program websites.Analyzes internal and external drivers and industry trends to identify and recommend program and communications strategies.Performs other job duties as assigned.Strategic Management Analyst IV:All the Above and:Develops and manages communication projects to effectively convey Division projects and programs to internal and external audiences, including organizing and executing large meetings and events in support of Division initiatives.May serves as a lead worker by being a resource for complex questions, providing program updates to the supervisor/manager, giving input on team membersandrsquo; career conversations, and approving leave requests.Establishes performance measures and targets and reports out on program performance on at least a quarterly basis.Monitors and analyzes federal and state laws, rules, and regulations with potential impact on program areasEstablishes performance targets, monitors results, and takes corrective action
