Amazon Learning Program Manager, Supply Chain Learning in Austin, Texas
Description
The Supply Chain learning team is seeking a Learning Program Manager to create high-quality and impactful learning for North America Supply Chain teams.
A Learning Manager creates and continuously improves learning programs to enable our internal team’s expertise development while also consulting for our stakeholder training teams . They are responsible for developing engaging training programs, exercises, or courses to impact operational metrics. They facilitate trainings as well as develop scalable solutions to support broad impact and a large audience group.
Key job responsibilities
Design and develop engaging and effective multimedia learning solutions to enable employees to successfully resolve a wide range of complex issues.
Work with NA Supply Chain leaders at all levels to deliver engaging, and insightful training programs as well as program management
Be the voice of the learner, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of our efforts and help our team iterate and improve our programs.
Establish and maintain relationships with subject matter experts (SME) to assist in guiding you through developing accurate and relevant content for global audiences with a focus on outbound flow execution.
Experiment with new learning strategies, methods, and pilot programs and maintain strong understanding of learning technology industry trends and best practices.
Provide clear timelines through for training delivery, strategy, and effectiveness measurement.
About the team
The Supply Chain Learning team is a growing Learning & Development organization dedicated to supporting all North American (NA) Supply Chain teams. As a centralized team, we focus on comprehensive onboarding, continuous education, and effective content and knowledge management across the supply chain ecosystem. Our mission is to develop current and future leaders, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles and drive innovation in Amazon's Supply Chain.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience in Amazon Supply chain, Central Flow, or other related supply chain team.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Expertise in designing and developing adaptive learning experiences.
Expertise in gamification applied to global learning programs.
LMS administration experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
