Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst based in Austin, Texas. This role is primarily focused on providing support to our team by managing daily system maintenance, responding to incoming support requests, and handling IT-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to various helpdesk tickets through different communication platforms
• Ensuring the smooth running of macOS and Windows systems on a daily basis
• Documenting troubleshooting procedures for future reference
• Keeping end-user systems updated with the latest system and software updates
• Managing the provisioning, deployment, and de-provisioning of macOS and Windows systems
• Assisting users with presentation preparation by maintaining conference room AV equipment
• Tracking and overseeing IT assets within the company
• Addressing printer malfunctions and scheduling service appointments as required
• Creating and maintaining documentation for IT duties, including solutions and workarounds for common issues
• Coordinating hardware upgrades and repairs, including liaising with OEM suppliers or local repair services when necessary.
Experience troubleshooting adobe suite products.
Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience with Cisco Technologies.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies and the ability to provide support for related issues.
• Comfortable with Mac Computers, able to troubleshoot and perform necessary maintenance tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Office and Windows OS.
• Experience with Active Directory, including user and group management.
• Knowledge and experience with Apple Devices, able to provide support and resolve issues.
• Understanding of Computer Hardware, able to provide hardware support and maintenance.
• Experience with Configuration Management, ensuring systems are up to date and perform optimally.
• Knowledge of Deployments, able to support and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Proficiency in Apple iOS, with the ability to provide user support and resolve issues.
• Familiar with Apple OS, able to troubleshoot and perform necessary maintenance tasks. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
