Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.

  • 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience with full cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.

  • 3 years of experience closing applicants and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience competing for talent.

  • Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.

  • Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.

  • Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

The Google Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiting team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join the team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in identifying and attracting top talent to Google Cloud. You will directly support the growth and success of our Cloud Customers business, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas.

As a Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for proactively engaging and hiring exceptional applicants for a variety of GTM roles, including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions, Technical Solutions, and other job families. You’ll collaborate closely with sourcers and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop targeted hiring strategies to deliver for the business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

  • Support applicant assessment for potential roles and identify team alignment based on understanding of the organization/function and role profiles.

  • Evaluate applicant skills and client needs, screening them for interviews and managing the interview process with minimal guidance.

  • Partner with key business, staffing and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to multiple objectives.

  • Manage headcount for cross-project client groups to support accurate tracking and influence headcount allocation, ensure accurate mapping of job postings to open headcount, identify trends/insights to influence hiring strategy and priorities, assist clients with prioritization of requisitions, reconciliation of headcount, and optimum distribution with minimal guidance.

  • Develop and execute cross-team targeted recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and objectives, influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy.
