We are seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Developer to join our team. As a UiPath RPA Developer, you will be responsible for developing new automations, obtaining access for automations, developing documentation, managing other RPA Developers, and collaborating with business stakeholders to develop automation solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath, as well as a strong understanding of the UiPath RE framework.
Responsibilities
Develop new automations: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath to improve business processes and increase efficiency.
Work with business stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and to develop automation solutions that meet their expectations. This includes gathering requirements, defining project scope, developing prototypes, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support.
Manage multiple projects and stakeholders: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality automation solutions. Manage relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and end-users.
Obtain access for automations: Work with stakeholders and Enterprise Products to obtain necessary access and permissions for automations, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
Develop documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for automations, including process diagrams, user guides, and technical notes.
Manage other RPA Developers: Supervise and guide other RPA Developers, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Troubleshoot issues: Identify and resolve issues with existing automations and implement fixes as needed.
Design and develop value tracking framework: Help design and develop a value tracking framework for UiPath, define and track KPIs that align with business objectives, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stakeholder engagement: Engage with stakeholders to communicate the value of automation and provide insights into areas where automation can drive further benefits.
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath
Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot
Strong understanding of automation principles and best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Full understanding of UiPath RE framework
UiPath Certified RPA Developer
Strong understanding of financial processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Agile methodologies
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Familiarity with UiPath AI Center
Basic knowledge of UiPath Test Suite
Work Environment
This is a 100% remote position based in Austin, TX. You will be part of the finance team, which is a part of the finance transformation team. This role will help manage the 15 people on the team. The team is dynamic and always changing, presenting great opportunities for growth within the company. Performance will be measured based on problem-solving and technical work.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
