We are growing our US Sales team and are looking for a Sales Manager - who is hungry to earn and grow our US footprint. We want the best of the best, and we make sure our top performers are rewarded!

About the role:

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing industry and really make a name for yourself within Support Revolution.

As a valued member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for growing our presence in the US market.

You will be focused on generating, developing, and closing your own sales pipeline working alongside our outstanding Inside Sales team and excellent Marketing team, who will assist you in generating 50% of your leads.

Your focus will be to get in front of key C-level stakeholders within Oracle install-based organisations to pitch our Oracle support services. You’ll be tasked with selling the benefits of our third-party support model and highlighting the massive savings that this delivers – up to 90% - no brainer!

The majority of your time will be spent connecting with and selling to decision makers across senior leadership teams of large corporations, both remotely and in person. You will dedicate your time to developing relationships, understanding the prospects requirements in detail, and showcasing how Support Revolution is the best solution for their needs.

This is a remote based role, with travel to see customers when needed.

What you’ll be doing:

We replace Oracle and SAP in the support cycle, so you will be selling an alternative support solution to install-based customers.

Support Revolution is one of only three organisations worldwide that offer this service, ensuring every customer receives a better quality of support while saving up to 90% on support costs.

No day is the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself getting involved in:

  • Generating and driving pipeline, sales, revenue, and meetings within the US

  • Forecasting meetings with your team and manager

  • Hunting and prospecting for new business across the region

  • Being the trusted advisor to key C-Level executives

  • Leading all aspects of the sales cycle from start to finish

  • Using Salesforce CRM to manage and report on the progress of sales

  • Using sales prospecting tools and methodologies to drive outbound activities

    What we’re looking for:

    To be successful in this position, you should have proven, successful, new business / logos sales experience, the hunger and drive to succeed, and the willingness to learn.

  • Experience selling software, support or IT services (or similar) to large organisations at C-level

  • Proven sales experience within B2B market across the US

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets/quotas

  • Proficient in non-demonstration presentations to senior executives

  • Excellent in sales forecasting

  • Passion for acquiring new logos

  • Proven experience in managing your own sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing

  • Attended sales conferences and events across the US

  • A confident character with a competitive nature

    Salary:

  • Base Salary: $65k - $80k year + uncapped commission
