Robert Half Data Reporting Analyst in Austin, Texas
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be involved in a large-scale discrepancy project, analyzing data, resolving carrier eligibility issues, and providing regular progress updates.
Responsibilities:
• Undertake a significant carrier discrepancy project after thorough training
• Analyze and interpret data from discrepancy reports, identifying trends and patterns
• Handle member service requests related to carrier eligibility, ensuring resolution
• Utilize moderate skills in Excel to navigate large spreadsheets effectively
• Collaborate with team members on the project, ensuring organized and efficient work
• Use basic data analytics skills to derive insights from discrepancy reports
• Provide regular updates on project progress
• Use tools such as Apache Spark, Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects Technologies, Erwin Data, Gap Analysis, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Requirement Document for various tasks. Requirements • Proficient in Apache Spark
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira
• Experience with BusinessObjects Technologies
• Ability to use Erwin Data
• Skilled in Gap Analysis
• Knowledge of AB Testing
• Experience with Agile Scrum
• Strong background in Analytics
• Expertise in Business Intelligence (BI)
