Insight Global Contract Manager in Austin, Texas

Job Description

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Working in a fast-paced environment with only a few week turn around time

- Serve as the first line of defense in preparing contracts, negotiating contracts, reviewing contracts, risk analysis, and compliance with the following: MSA's, Scope of Work, Addendums, Order Forms, Risk Letters, MOUs,

- Handle negotiation collaboration with the legal team

- Engaging in the full contract lifecycle: Planning stage, implementation stage, pre-contract stage, and handover stage

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

- College Degree in applicable field

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contract Admin/Manager/Coordinator

- Industry experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, or Manufacturing.

- End to End contract management with some legal exposure. Looking at a volume of handling 25-100 contracts per week (Avg 6-10 page contract length)

- Extensive experience drafting redlining, negotiating, and assessing risks of contract

- Experience reviewing and comparing clauses, evaluating and collaborating with legal teams on best course of action

- Experience working with contract documents within the following categories: MSAs, scope of work, addendums, order forms, risk letters, MOUs null
