Strategic Content Operations and Project Oversight:Serve as point of contact and collaborative partner with colleagues across campus on editorial and other content requests, form submissions and content status.Oversee end-to-end project coordination for content initiatives, ensuring deliverables flow efficiently between stakeholders, writers, editors, designers, social and digital teams and other content creators.Monitor project progress, address bottlenecks and communicate status updates to relevant team members.Manage review and approval cycles to uphold quality standards and meet delivery deadlines.Maintain and update the Universitys editorial content calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, campaign timelines, and seasonal priorities.Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of content assets across various teams.Team Leadership and Operational Excellence:Lead, mentor and develop a productive team of content creators, making assignments, facilitating project meetings, distributing other action items and ensuring high-quality content creation.Maintain project tracking tools and processes to streamline content workflows.Serve as a point of contact for content-related questions, ensuring clarity on priorities and responsibilities.Editorial Expertise and Brand StewardshipContribute to content development through writing and editing across a variety of platforms, including websites, articles, and social media.Support ongoing content audits and ensure all materials adhere to the universitys brand guidelines, editorial standards, and tone of voice.Provide editorial guidance and feedback to content creators to maintain consistency and elevate the quality of storytelling across channels.Other related functions as assigned.
