Description
Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations. • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation. • Oversee payroll processing and related tax filings. • Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes. • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. • Conduct internal audits and support external audits. • File federal, state, and local tax documents accurately and on time. • Analyze financial trends and provide financial insights to management. • Monitor cash flow and recommend improvements for financial efficiency. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
