Support departments and students with scholarship documentation and payment questions in the university Financial Resource Management System and accounting system. Process scholarship cancellations as needed.Assist Tax Services with establishing Glacier records for non-US tax residents and issuing quarterly tax refunds.Maintain daily accounting records and produce receivable reports from multiple university data resources. Assist with monthly reconciliation of Centralized Receivables to Accounting balances.Reconcile daily journal vouchers to ensure proper accounting to Centralized Receivables records (includes web vouchers, credit card vouchers, treasury vouchers, etc.) Research errors in daily vouchers and make appropriate corrections.Process credit card chargebacks, manual credit card refund requests, tuition rebates, and enrollment deposit forfeitures. Research and resolve refund errors for general overpayments and tuition bill refunds.Assist with annual processes for Centralized Receivables such as write-offs transfers, Enrollment Deposit Forfeitures, and Unclaimed Money Fund processing.Other related functions as assigned.
