Repossession Agents Needed for Successful Texas Repo Company - $5000 Sign-On Bonus!
We are a premier repossession company with a solid reputation in the industry. Our company is steadily growing, and we are searching for a few good men and/or women to join our amazing team! We are currently hiring for agents at our new location in Austin. As we rarely have openings for agents, make sure to seize this opportunity to work with us today!

This Position offers a $5000.00 sign on bonus! Terms will be discussed further during interview.
Compensation for Agents is commission based on a sliding scale of performance.
You must have experience with self-loading wreckers to be immediately hired for this position. If you have no experience, we are willing to train you, but you must begin as a camera car driver or rider. We pay for fuel + maintenance and will provide you with all essential tools and the latest technology. You can also earn the privilege of your own assigned truck. All our trucks and camera cars are 2022-2024 models.
We offer incentive and performance bonuses on top of the base salary. We also offer benefit packages after 90 days, including life insurance which is paid by our company.
For this position, you must be 24 years of age or older for insurance purposes. Additionally, applicants must be able to pass an initial drug test and any subsequent random drug screens, along with annual background checks. We require a clean MVR (no at fault accidents, tickets, DUI/DWI). A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a good work ethic are all critical to being successful at this position. Good personal hygiene and a professional appearance is a must, as is comfort with and the ability to use and adapt to technology. You must have reliable transportation, as our company vehicles do not go home with you, and a capable cellular device.
As previously mentioned, we are willing to train you if you are a motivated self-starter and a team player. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We are a team-oriented company, and you will have a support system in the office + the field that is unmatched.
