About Us:Ausable Chasm, one of the oldest natural attractions in the United States, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Food Service Manager to oversee operations at our on-site dining facilities. Join our team and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while enjoying the stunning natural beauty of our outdoor attraction.Job Summary:The Food Service Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of our food service operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, food quality, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills to maintain a welcoming and efficient dining environment.Key Responsibilities:•Menu Planning & Food Preparation: Create and manage current menus, ensure high-quality food preparation, and adapt offerings based on guest preferences and seasonal availability.•Leadership & Team Management: Train and supervise food service employees.
