Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shipping and Receiving Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with sit-down forklifts, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems. Responsibilities include generating paper/orders for drivers, loading bulk liquids and tankers, and performing various warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Operate sit-down forklifts

  • Utilize RF scanners for inventory management

  • Generate paperwork and orders for drivers

  • Load bulk liquids and tankers

  • Perform general warehouse duties such as stacking, labeling, and inventory control

Essential Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in a farm or outdoor work environment OR 1+ year in a production facility operating machinery

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs

  • Ability to stand and perform physical work all day, including overtime

  • Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control

  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and ERP systems

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with batching, mixing, and loading

  • Familiarity with chemical handling and general production

  • Experience with shipping and receiving

  • Basic computer skills for dock operations

Work Environment

Work in a brand-new facility in Aurora with a team that is growing from 4 to 30 members on the production side. The dress code includes jeans and steel-toe shoes. Standard work hours are 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, with extended hours of 6am-4:30pm during busy seasons (June/July) and occasional Saturday shifts from 6am-11am. Employees rotate Saturdays, with one Saturday off per month.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, Nebraska.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
