We make real what matters. This is your role:

  • As an industrial engineer - a crucial role in optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency within manufacturing settings. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing overall productivity, quality, and safety standards.

  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in production processes and develop strategies to optimize workflow, minimize waste, and increase throughput.

  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Cost Reduction: Evaluate production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements, resource optimization, and automation.

  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to streamline material flow, minimize inventory levels, and improve delivery schedules.

  • Capacity Planning: Forecast production demands and develop capacity plans to meet customer requirements while optimizing resource utilization.

  • Continuous Improvement: Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen to drive efficiency and innovation.

  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks in production processes and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with safety regulations.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality assurance, and management to implement process improvements and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in industrial engineering roles within manufacturing environments.

  • Proficiency in process optimization techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Total Quality Management.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.

  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and manufacturing simulation tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Project management experience.

  • Automation & digitalization exposure

  • Experience MOST and Time study

  • Certification in Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) or Lean Manufacturing.
