Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience as a General Manager REQUIRED

• Audi brand experience PREFERRED

• Previous California management role PREFERRED

• MUST be a Proactive, Fact Based, Critical Thinker that has Natural Social Skills.

• Proven leadership performance as a General Manager

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $300,000.00 to $700,000.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
