Nike Operations Coach - Nike, Westgate in Auckland, New Zealand

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Crucial to the effective running of the department, you will be focused on profit and loss control, customer satisfaction and shrinkage results by overseeing operational aspects. You will drive and inspire a service culture and create an in-store culture that brings the Nike brand to life

Reporting in to our Assistant Head Coach - Operations you will;

• Ensure payroll compliance, create rosters and zone charts, and adhere to cash management standards

• Assist the store to achieve financial objectives

• Lead, Coach, Drive and Inspire the Operations team

• Drive operational excellence including Facilities Management, HR and Loss Prevention programs, and managing break room communications

WHAT YOU BRING:

• A passion for the NIKE brand

• General Retail experience

• Team leadership experience

• Outstanding communication skills

• Solid organisation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office products and Retail business systems

The successful candidate will work a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
