The Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES is looking for a full time certified/licensed Speech Teacher/Pathologist to join our team!The Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES is looking for a full-time Licensed Speech Language Pathologist and/or Certified Speech Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will provide services to students with disabilities in integrated settings. Experience supporting students with intellectual disabilities and knowledge of assistive technology is preferred. This is a 10-month position, following the school calendar, with an opportunity to work over the summer.Responsibilities:Develop therapy and treatment plans for students with speech disordersImplement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disordersEstablish treatment goals and milestones with studentsUpdate student progress to relevant partiesQualifications:Familiarity with communication disordersAbility to build rapport with students, colleagues and familiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive and patient demeanor
Minimum Salary: 53,776 Maximum Salary: 60,559 Salary Unit: Yearly
