Adecco US, Inc. Visual Quality Inspector in Auburn Hills, Michigan

Adecco is hiring immediately for Quality Inspectors with a client in Auburn Hills, MI. Weekly pay starting at $19.00 - $20.00 per hour with competitive benefits options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). This is a 1st shift position running from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

In this role, you will visually inspect console screen protectors for any defects or flaws and test functionality such as touch sensitivity. You’ll accurately document inspection results, communicate findings with supervisors or team leads, and help monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual inspections on screen protectors for scratches, marks, or other defects

  • Test screen functionality, including touch sensitivity and display clarity

  • Document inspection results clearly and accurately using provided forms or software

  • Communicate any quality issues to supervisors or production teams

  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

  • Monitor the production line and suggest improvements when needed

Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of experience VIISUALLY inspecting plastics or similar products

  • Strong attention to detail and inspection skills

  • Proficiency in testing product functionality

  • Accurate documentation and record-keeping abilities

  • Ability to monitor and maintain quality standards on the production floor

Preferred:

  • Troubleshooting experience with defective products

  • Familiarity with safety and compliance procedures

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
