Position Snapshot :

  • CDI – Full time

  • Nestle Purina– Aubigny (80)

  • Msc in E&A Engineering, industrial IT or equivalent in technical and/or scientific discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years Automation and/or MES engineer preferably in the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.

  • Personnel Supervision (of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties)

Position Summary:

You ensure implementation and start-up phases of Electricity and Automation (E&A) into the capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following the project brief, design specifications and Nestlé standards.

You are responsible to deliver Electricity and Automation (E&A) by setting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) platforms or Electricity and Automation (E&A) platforms NPP EMENA, in line with corporate guidelines.

You support capital investment projects by handling CQV Phases and the Engineers.

You participate FAT & SAT to review electrical, automation, DMO and IT specification, execute protocol and track deviations.

You support digital initiative: Develop pilot following Nestlé standard, evaluate benefit, and based on ROI, perform roll out to our sites and new CAPEX projects.

A day in the life of Electricity & Automation Project Engineer Manager role:

• Take site constraints into account in the project definition and design

• Fulfill "engineering" project concept

• Participate to the project execution

• Mobilize resources (internal & external)

• Ensure the coordination with plant design

• Select and qualify contactors for E&A

• Coordinate contractors’ activities related to E&A activites

• Ensure Nestlé standards are applied

• Help the Vertical Project Manager to review the Vertical Project brief

• Promote development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions

• Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure full compatibility of design with TAP /factory specific regulations

• Participate in technical/commercial negotiations for the purchasing of equipment & technical services and the establishment of key supplier agreements.

  • You have an highly developed Technical, communication, leadership skills :

  • Participation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including different products and technologies in Electrical and Automation areas)

  • Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s)

  • Self-Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them

  • You have analytical skills in problem solving

  • You are fluent in English
