The main purpose of this role is to sell the Patient Monitoring & Respiratory Interventions range of products based on clinical expertise and strong network in order accelerate adoption for new technologies and improve outcome and patient safety.

A Day in the Life

• Present and sell Patient Monitoring, Respiratory Interventions products and services to current and potential customers, raise awareness around solutions. Organize and coordinate product demo and workshops.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts and coordinate offers and tenders.

• Identify and resolve customers concerns and handle complaints and back orders.

• Develop target list and selling strategy / account mapping.

• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets in order to achieve our goals.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify / quantify opportunities and enter them in Salesforce.com.

• Occasionally interact with purchasing managers / hospital administrators to set up and negotiate broader sales contracts.

• Take a wide organizational view of selling and managing accounts, with sufficient knowledge of competitors and their products.

• Communicate current and new products, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

• Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

• Provide verbal technical support and organize regular in-services.

• Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Be responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.

Must Haves

• Degree in Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology, Paramedic or another relevant, advanced degree

• 3-6 Years experience in sales in the medical devices industry

• Fluency in Greek and English

• Proven track record to work independently, highly motivated with a “can do” attitude

Nice to Haves

• Paramedic

• Experience in the medical device industry.
