• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team members.
• Coordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing, quality control, and tooling to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including product blueprints, technical specifications, and change orders.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Point of contact for communicating with management, internal team members, customers and vendors to keep the project on track.
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
• Gather materials or resources needed to design the product.
• Review test data for the product for usability and safety.
• Understand the manufacturing and production process to assist in setting standards.
• Support organization on new model development and launch activities.
• Provide support to ensure all APQP processes are followed accurately.
• Support product launch prototype, pre-production build and high-volume launch.
• Supervision of other employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
