AGTEK Development Company, a part of Hexagon, is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join its Technical Support Department.
Based in Livermore, California with offices in Atlanta, Georgia, AGTEK is widely and favorably recognized as the leading supplier of earthwork takeoff and 3D modeling solutions for heavy construction contractors. Technical Support Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Technical Support Provide technical support for customers and sales representatives over the phone, internet and via e-mail, for AGTEK software products Provide a friendly, courteous experience for customers Address customer problems within established response time Suggest changes and methods for the improvement of our products Verify, and if necessary, report defects when encountered during testing, support or training Quality Control Test new versions and updates Confirm bug fixes and maintain bug tracking system Other Tasks Assist with the development and editing of training guides and videos Provide training and support for customers, salespeople and internal staff Assemble and test fly Drones
