Job Description
The Immediate Response Center is looking for an IC2/IC3/IC4 Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results while fostering collaboration and growth within the team, all relating to Oracle Health products. You will provide technical support for Oracle Health internal tools/applications and processes. In this role you will proactively monitor Oracle Health system/application alerts, investigate, analyze, resolve or escalate alerts and incident requests. Your responsibility also includes, prioritizing and managing work queue in accordance with service level agreements, documenting investigation and issue resolution, triaging issues as appropriate, mitigate and or determine next tier resources for mitigation, investigating and diagnosing performance, functionality and or outage incidents related to tools/applications. Additionally, you will troubleshoot Oracle Health products by gathering information, shadowing end users, testing workflows internally/externally, analyzing log files, querying tables and updating database fields.

Requirements:
Experience supporting & troubleshooting Cerner/Oracle Health Infrastructure & Applications required
US Citizenship required in order to support restricted access customers

US: Hiring Range in USD from $33.94 to $67.88 per hour; from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
